PUBLIC NOTICE - Request for Proposal Packet

The Albany Housing Authority will accept Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following:

Security Camera System (Holley Homes, 921 Cherry Ave)

RFP packets may be picked up at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31701, or requested via e-mail to Deneshia Taylor-Nance, Associate VP of Field Operations at dnance@albanyha.com beginning March 20, 2025.

Original responses must be delivered (and sealed) via hard copy by April 21, 2025 to Deneshia Taylor-Nance, Associate VP of Field Operations, at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31702, with the titled subject of either of the proposals above or emailed to dnance@albanyha.com. Documents must be in a clear, legible, 12-point, 8.5 by 11-inch format.

Respondents are advised to adhere to the submittal requirements. Failure to comply with the instructions of this RFP will be cause for rejection of submittals. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to dnance@albanyha.com or call 229- 434-4500.
