The Albany Housing Authority is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following:

Construction Contractor

The Albany Housing Authority is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Housing Construction Contractor for 8 homes beginning November 17, 2022. RFP packets may be picked up at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31701 or requested via e-mail to Deneshia Nance, Interim Chief Operations Officer at dnance@albanyha.com.

Original responses must be delivered by November 30, 2022 via hard copy to Deneshia Nance, at 521 Pine Avenue, Albany, GA 31702, or via email titled Albany Housing Authority Housing Construction Contractor RFP.  Documents must be in a clear, legible, 12-point, 8.5 by 11-inch format.

Respondents are advised to adhere to the submittal requirements. Failure to comply with the instructions of this RFP will be cause for rejection of submittals.  Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to denance@albanyha.com or call 229-434-4500, ext. 1033.
